Mega Man Legends is a subseries spinoff [or sequel] to the rest of the Mega Man Series released on December 18th of 1997. The title then recieved the "Greatest Hits" Treatment on May 4th, 1999. While the game did get the Greast Hits Treatment and got a sequel and a spin off, it did sell well at all.
